Lexxion has created a new journal on competition and regulatory law: the CoRe – European Competition and Regulatory Law Review. Before the publication of the first issue in the end of March, we are now offering a free pre-print article from András Tóth. Spread the word!

„Should competition authorities reward compliance?“ – This is the question András Tóth from the Hungarian Competition Authority and member of the Editorial Board raises in one of the first articles in the new journal CoRe (European Competition and Regulatory Law Review). In this paper he analyses the approaches taken by the European Union and national competition authorities as well as the positive and negative effects that may result if competition compliance programmes are rewarded.

CoRe - The New Journal on Competition and Regulatory Law

The new journal CoRe – European Competition and Regulatory Law Review focuses on all issues raised by competition and regulatory law and will be carefully put together by a board of experts lead by Robert Klotz (Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton) and Ben Van Rompuy (Leiden University/Vrije Universiteit Brussel).

Its first issue 1/17 will be published in the end of March 2017 and we are looking forward to counting you among our first readers. The first issue will also be available for free, just register on our website:
